Step 1 - Get in touch with Yen Loans

Use the form below to share information with us about the Tokyo condo you are looking to finance, so that we can give you preliminary guidance on whether the properties you are considering are suitable for financing. This includes evaluating the property's location, condition, value, etc., in addition to background on your source of income and net worth.  We don’t want you to submit an application which is unlikely to get approved.

Step 2 - Submit your application

Work directly with Yen Loans or your mortgage referrer to complete and submit the loan application form along with all the required documents and required non-refundable application fee.

Step 3 - Conditional approval

We review your application. Generally, we issue confirmation of conditional approval and loan terms within 10 business days.

Step 4 - Documents issued and signed

When all checks out, we will issue the formal loan approval and send you the documents for signing.

Step 5 - Settlements

Your settlement is finalized!
